Tashree Tech World Private Limited, Surat, Gujarat, India, operating as My Digi Event, decides how and why your data is processed for bookings made on this platform.

Event organisers receive attendee data for the events they run and use it for their own purposes as well. For that use, the organiser is responsible for your data, not us.

• Identity and contact details — your name, mobile number and email address, given when you sign in or book.
• Sign-in data — we authenticate you by sending a one-time password to your mobile number. We record that a sign-in happened and when.
• Booking and pass data — the events and ticket types you book, order references, invoices, and the passes issued to you, including their scan status at entry.
• Payment data — payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of success or failure and a transaction reference. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV or UPI credentials.
• Device and usage data — IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view, collected through our analytics and advertising tools.

• To issue your tickets and passes, and to verify them at entry.
• To take payment and to send invoices and booking confirmations.
• To provide customer support and handle refund requests.
• To detect and prevent fraud, ticket touting and pass misuse.
• To measure how the platform is used and to improve it.
• To market our events and services where you have not opted out.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

• Event organisers, for the events you book, so they can manage entry and attendance.
• Razorpay, our payment gateway, to process payments and refunds.
• Entry and scanning partners working at a venue on the organiser's behalf.
• Analytics and advertising providers — Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Firebase Analytics — which receive usage data as described below.
• Service providers who host and support the platform, under contract and only for that purpose.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose or where it is necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety.

We do not sell your personal data.

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Firebase Analytics. These set cookies or similar identifiers and tell those providers that a device visited our pages and what it did there. Meta may use this to measure and target advertising, including matching your activity to a Meta account if you have one.

You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings, your device's ad-tracking controls, and the ad preferences in your Meta account.

Booking, pass and payment records are kept for as long as needed to run the event and then to meet tax and accounting obligations, which under Indian law is generally eight years. Account details are kept while your account is active. Analytics data is kept according to each provider's own retention settings.

Passes are issued against a verified mobile number, and pass codes may refresh periodically so that a copied screenshot cannot be reused. Access to attendee data is restricted to staff and organisers who need it.

No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your data and poses a real risk to you, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

• Ask what data we hold about you and get a copy.
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your data, subject to records we must keep by law. You can also deactivate your account from your profile settings.
• Withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
• Complain to us, and to the relevant data protection authority.

The platform is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when this version took effect, and material changes will be made prominent on the platform.
