Terms and Conditions

My Digi Event is operated by Tashree Tech World Private Limited, registered in Surat, Gujarat, India (“we”, “us”). In these terms, “platform” means our website and the booking and pass services offered through it.

We are a ticketing platform. Events listed here are organised, run and controlled by third-party event organisers. We sell and issue tickets on an organiser's behalf; we do not produce the events, control the line-up, the venue or the schedule, and we are not the organiser.

Accounts are created and verified using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure, and for everything done through your account.

You must give accurate details when booking. Passes are issued against the name and mobile number you provide, and a pass cannot be transferred to a different number after it is issued.

You must be at least 18 years old to book. Individual events may set their own age limits, which the organiser enforces at the venue.

• One ticket admits one person only.
• Your e-ticket or QR pass must be presented at entry. Passes may refresh or rotate their code periodically as a security measure, so present the pass from the platform rather than a screenshot.
• Entry is strictly based on the zone privileges of the ticket you hold. A ticket for one zone does not grant access to another.
• The organiser may require photo identity matching the pass at entry.
• Admission is at the organiser's discretion. They may refuse entry or remove anyone for breach of venue rules, security requirements or applicable law.
• Seating, where applicable, is first-come, first-served unless your ticket states otherwise.

Sponsor and drop passes are complimentary and are provided for promotional or exclusive-access purposes only. They are not for sale or resale. Any attempt to sell or transfer such a pass for profit is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without notice and without compensation.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the booking page. A convenience or platform fee may be added and will be shown before you pay.

Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your booking is confirmed only once payment is successfully captured and a pass is issued; until then, no ticket is reserved for you.

Ticket sales are final except in the circumstances set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before booking.

Line-ups, timings, artists and running order are set by the organiser and may change. An artist or performer appearing on promotional material is an indication of the intended programme, not a guarantee. Where a change is significant, the Refund Policy explains what you are entitled to.

• Resell a ticket or pass above its face value, or sell a complimentary pass at all.
• Copy, tamper with, forge or share a QR pass, or attempt to defeat pass verification.
• Use automated means to book tickets, or book in bulk to resell.
• Book using someone else's payment instrument without their permission.
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security.

We may cancel bookings and suspend accounts where we reasonably believe any of the above has occurred. Cancellation on these grounds does not entitle you to a refund.

The platform, its software and its branding belong to us or our licensors. Event artwork, names and logos belong to the relevant organisers or rights holders. Nothing here gives you the right to use any of it beyond viewing and using the platform normally.

We are responsible for issuing your ticket correctly and for operating the platform with reasonable care. We are not responsible for the conduct of the event itself, including its cancellation, its content, the venue, or anything that happens at it. Those are the organiser's responsibility.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for the ticket in question. We are not liable for travel, accommodation or other costs you incur around an event.

Neither we nor the organiser is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, civil disturbance, government restriction or the withdrawal of a venue or public permission.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you make a booking is the one that applies to that booking. The date at the top shows when this version took effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
